Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual dues payable by the first payroll date of the period
Quarter: $104.38 (due 8/23/24, 10/30/24, 1/14/25, and 3/14/25)
Semi-annual: $208.75 (due 8/23/24 and 1/14/25)
Annual: $417.50 (due 8/23/24)
